• This whole thing started in our kitchen. No business plan, no grand vision—just two people (me and Megan) trying to make a nut butter we’d actually want to eat.

  • Truth is, we weren’t even big nut eaters. But as health coaches, we know how good they could be...Enter: the walnut. Loaded with plant-based omega-3s, fiber, and antioxidants—walnuts are like little nutrient bombs. The only problem? We couldn’t stand the taste.

  • So we soaked and sprouted the walnuts—yep, 48 hours of babysitting nuts... Then we added clean, plant-based protein... A few trials (and a lot of errors) later, we had something kinda magical.

  • We took a few jars camping with friends. Well… not just any camping. Burning Man. Everyone kept asking, “What IS this?!” and “Where can I get more?”

  • Someone asked us to apply to a local business accelerator... We got in. Good Form Foods was born.

  • Permits. Commercial kitchens. Health coaching by day, nut butter by night. Every label hand-designed. Every batch made by us.

  • In summer 2024, we launched at the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market... Seeing people try our walnut butter for the first time made every crazy step worth it.
