We didn’t start Good Form Foods because we thought the world needed another nut butter.

We started it because nothing on the shelf felt good in our bodies.

Even the “clean” options often left us bloated, foggy, or just underwhelmed. So we asked ourselves: What if we made a nut butter the way we actually wanted to eat it—nutrient-dense, gut-friendly, and satisfying to the last spoonful?

That’s where this all began.

So we went back to the roots:

  • Soaked walnuts to reduce phytic acid
  • Sprouting to improve nutrient bioavailability
  • Minimal ingredients—just real food

Our sprouted walnut butter was born from that mindset.
